The PHIVOLCS and NDRRMC announces a 4.0 Magnitude Earthquake jolts Hinoba-an (Negros Occidental) on Thursday, October 3, 2019 around 01:05:22 AM.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) and NDRRMC announce a 4.0 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Banate (Iloilo) on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 around 09:53:20 PM.

The location is 09.56°N, 122.39°E – 012 km N 88° W of Hinoba-an (Negros Occidental) and the Depth of Focus (KM) is 022 with the Origin “Tectonic.”

PHIVOLCS is the service institute of the DOST for monitoring and mitigation of volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and tsunami.
