An intense commotion between a Grab Driven and its passengers named Jan Mercado went viral video on social networking sites. In Facebook page of “Dong Lakas” who posted the video, “Binugbog ang Grab Driver ng magkakapatid na sina Jan Mercado, Aira Mercado at dalawa pa nilang kapatid nang tumangging isakay ng kawawang tsuper ang magkakapatid dahil lagpas sa seating capacity na itinakda ng grab para sa mga sedan cars.”

Recently, Raffy Tulfo on his show “Raffy Tulfo in Action” slams Jan Mercado for hitting a Grab Driver. According to Tulfo, “There are LTFRB rules to follow, Kung ilan lang ang allowed na pasahero sa sasakyan, yun yung rule at batas na dapat susundin.”
The suspects who attacked the driver were identified as Jan Mercado, Aira Mercado, and Celli Sales Mercado.
