Vickie Rushton comes from Negros Occidental. She is living with a brother who has Down Syndrome. She is also active with promoting care for people living with this condition. She says they deserve a world that is inclusive and more loving.

This pageant selects official delegates, which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
