PAGASA release statement of a rainy forecast for Ilocos, Cagayan, Batanes on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. PAGASA forecast: Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over the provinces of Ilocos, Cagayan and Batanes.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience a partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

PAGASA also added, “Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon. Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southeast to South will prevail with slight to moderate seas.”
