The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announce an official results with a total of 4,144 out of 5,126 passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medical Technology.
Professional Regulatory Board of Medical Technology administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Tuguegarao, held last August 27 & 28, 2016. The members of the Board of Medical Technology who gave the licensure examination was composed by Dr. Marietta C. Baccay, Chairman; Ms. Marilyn R. Atienza and Ms. Marian M. Tantingco, Members.
Examinees answer the following subjects; Clinical Microscopy, Microbiology and Parasitology, Clinical Microscopy (Urinalysis and other Body Fluids), Hematology, Blood Banking and Serology, Histopathologic Techniques, Cytotechnology, Medical Technology Laws, Related Laws and its Implementing rules, and the Code of Ethics.
