Around 1 a.m. PAG-ASA post, “Orange Warning Level: Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, and Rizal.” Flooding is still threatening, yellow Warning Level: Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Bulacan, and Pampanga. Flooding in low lying areas. Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Laguna, NuevaEcija and Quezon which may persist for 2-3 hours.
