Change is coming and it can be seen as President Rodrigo Duterte has finally planned that he will establish a community rehab centres for all drug users. He planned to put in different in all regions of our country. This is to help the hundreds of drug users and pushers. Since, the new elected president has sat down to his seat many surrendered.

Spokesperson Ernesto Abella explained that this is to help but not to harm. This is for the needed change and to start a new. According to Abella, “I believe there are plans for setting up regional rehab centers,”

He also added, hat President Rodrigo Duterte “is out to exert firm pressure, a firm hand in order to deter the spread of drugs.” He also mentioned that the President is actually aware of the drugs syndicate that is waging in our country. However, with all of these he also stated, that the president clearly knows the limitations of the power of the president.
