Breaking News! The Blockbuster Director Wenn V. Deramas passes away at the age of 49 Today (morning), February 29, 2016. He was died due to cardiac arrest. The Comedian Vice Ganda confirmed the breaking news via Twitter on Monday morning.

In the interview of June Rufino (Derama’s Friend) in ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC), he told to news reporter that he went to the hospital at 2am early Monday and the director could not be revived. “Almost had a heart attack two years ago” and had an angioplasty the previous year, as the Tweets of ANC via Twitter.
“We’re bringing his remains to Arlington in Araneta. Other details of the funeral to be released some other time,” Rufino added.
Deramas died on February 29, 2016, due to cardiac arrest at the emergency room of Capitol Medical Center.
