On one interview with Luis Manzano, he shared the trials that been going through of his girlfriend Angel Locsin because of the Disc Buldge on her spine. Angel was the one to be portraying again the role of “darna” on the remake of the Start Cinema but she just need to back out because of her condition.
“napakaraming mga Kapamilya ang naghihintay na suotin niya uli ang costume at makipagbakbakan siya uli bilang Darna. For me as her boyfriend and as a fan, the fact that she cannot fly again as Darna, nakakalungkot”.

The actor shared that it’s been a long time since he knows about his girlfriend’s condition. Two months ago. Angel was confined and Luis was in Batangas because he was diving but then he got a call that Angel was rushed from the hospital so he cancelled immediately the event.
Luis is just making his girlfriend feelings lighten. He said that he always told her that the character Darna won’t be his last break, there’s always a big things that may come along their ways.
