The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announce the complete list of passers for August 2015 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination or more popularly known as the Real Estate Appraiser Board Exam Results in few working days after the last day of examination. Aside from the list of passers, PRC also announce the Top 10 Passers (TopNotchers), and Top Performing & Top Performance of Schools once available online.

The PRC release a total of 2,462 out of 4,731 passed the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service. The results were released in five (5) working days after the said examination.

The performance of schools in the August 2015 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows:

Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service and PRC administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena and Tuguegarao, held last August 30, 2015.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.

Examinees answered the following subjects; Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal (50%) and Professional Appraisal Practice (50%).

The expecting date of releasing the official result is on 3 working days after the last day of examination.

Last year examination, PRC announces a total of 696 out of 1, 620 who successfully passed the Real Estate Appraiser Board Exam Results.
