A tropical depression outside the Philippine area of Responsibility is seen to enter the country by Wednesday or Thursday, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). PAGASA named the Tropical Depression “Jenny” that was last seen located 2,200 kilometers east of Luzon.

In an earlier interview with PAGASA forecaster Aldczar Aurelio last Tuesday, he said that the tropical depression will not directly affect the country and has a slim chance to make landfall.
