The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release a total of 5,220 out of 10,370 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tuguegarao this May 2015.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.
The results were released in four (4) working days after the said examination.

Top 10 Passers
The performance of schools in the May 2015 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows:
Real Estate Broker exams cover the following subjects: general fundamentals of property ownership, real estate laws and taxation, special and technical knowledge and professional practice which includes real estate brokerage practice, planning, development and zoning, basic principles of ecology and appraisal for brokers.
Last year’s examination, PRC announces a total of 2, 048 out of 3, 535 who successfully passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination last March 2014.
