The cat is now treated as a hero in Barangay Anolid in Mangaldan town Pangasinan Philippines after he protect the child’s life which is in danger. This incident occurs on New Year’s Day as it is reported in GMA news.

The father of the child stated that “Tinapakan niya yung ahas, kumuha ako ng tungkod, Papatayin ko, hinila niya, nilabas niya”. He said that the cat patched the snake and he grab a staff and killed the snake and the cat dragged the snake outside in their house. It was said by the father of a two years old child named Mica.

The cat and the baby we’re playmates since the cat was adopted from their friend who live in San Fabian in Pangasinan.

Rodolfo Francisco the father of Mica said that “Tulad nun, kung nakapasok sa bahay ang ahas, maaring madisgrasya ang anak ko.” If the snake would able to enter in our house there is a possibility that my daughter would be in danger.
