Miss World Philippines 2014, candidate no.8 Rachelle Emmylou Carandang is a 17 years old from Batangas. She described herself as simple, ordinary girl and sweet. According to Rachelle, this is the first time to join a pageant.

In her reason of joining the Miss World Philippines is to represents the pageant’s ambition of “beauty with a purpose”. Rachelle’s advocacy was to help those people and their needs.

The 17, years old candidate is taking a Customs Administration student, she wants to eliminate the bad thinking of those people generally about people behind creating illegal on Custom. In her system, she wanted to help and improve better import and export.

Having true your self is one of the qualifying beliefs to be the next Miss World Philippines 2014, as Rachelle stated. She also believes that having faith in God and have a Big Heart to help poor people.
