Malacañang Annouces The Last Seven Holidays of 2014

Malacañang formally announces the seven remaining holidays of 2014, under the proclamation no.655 which is duly signed by President Benigno Aquino it shows the dates of the last special non-working holidays and regular holiday of the current year.

FlagThere are also two months left before we bid goodbye to 2014 and employees will also expecting three regular holidays and four special non working holidays.

As usual in the month of November workers will be expecting to have a two non working holiday namely All Saints Day on November 1(Undas) this day people remember their love ones who peacefully passed away and Bonifacio Day on November 30 to celebrate and remember Andres Bonifacio’s contribution for the freedom of our country and the welfare of his fellow countrymen.

The government also announces that December 24, 26 and 30 will be a special non working holiday and the 25th of December “Christmas Day” and 30 will be our national hero’s Day (Jose Rizal).

November 1 (Saturday)—All Saints Day (Special non-working day)
November 30 (Sunday) — Bonifacio Day (Regular Holiday)
December 24 (Wednesday) — Additional special non-working day (Special non-working day)
December 25 (Thursday)—Christmas Day (Regular Holiday)
December 26 (Friday) — Additional special non-working day (Special non-working day)
December 30 (Tuesday)—Rizal Day (Regular Holiday)
December 31 (Wednesday) — Last day of the year (Special non-working day)
