The incident happens in Hong Kong where the animal lovers on social media reacted to the manner of teenage guy who washed his puppy inside of washing machine. The image was posted last month.

The suspect was identified from Mainland China and his name is Jacky Lo, in picture posted on his Face book account with caption “a super quick way to bathe a doggy.”

In an image posted by Jacky shows a small white dog in Washing Machine trying keeping his head and climbing out in machine while the washing cycle is in full flow.

The puppy confirmed was dead in second time when one of user named Agnes asked to Jacky, and he replied “Yes, wanna see it?”

After the incident, the Hong Kong police had launched an investigation on Sunday, September 7, 2014 regarding to the issue called as “Animal Cruelty.”

The YouSignAnimals.org launched a petition that urged the authorities to take action regarding to the viral image. The petition has drawn as of now was over 25, 000 signatures.

Belinda Heng, one of signed a petition against ‘Animal Cruelty’ wrote for Jackie “”If you really are a pet lover you will not (be) so cruel to kill such a cute little dog. Come on you are a man, not a beast.”

Hong Kong Government have a law regarding to this issue, for those who commit crime to animals will sentenced of 3 years of imprisonment and fine HK$ 200, 000 or US $ 25, 800.

Spokes person for Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in animals in Hong Kong, Rebecca Ngan gave her statement “It’s truly horrific. No one should do that. Police should arrest him.”
