The singer-host and TV personality Billy Crawford pleaded not guilty to the case of disobedience of authority and malicious mischief in Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Taguig Regional Trial Court (RTC.)
The “Its Showtime” one of the hosts Billy went to Taguig RTC for arraignment at 8:30 in the morning and finished at 10 am connected to the incident happen in police precinct at Bonifacio Global City when Billy accidentally smashed the glass door of Taguig Police Headquarters 7.
Atty. Lucas Carpio Jr. Lawyer of Billy said, the evidences against to “Bright Lights” hit maker are not sufficient. In this case, Billy Joe Crawford his real name will not liable to convict according to Atty. Carpio.
The pre-marking of evidence regarding to same issue will be on November 5, 2014 and the trial hearing is on December 1.
The Filipino-American singer was charged by Taguig City Police precinct 7 and bailed P31, 000 for damage. However, despite of issues coming to his life, he is thankful because his girlfriend Coleen Garcia and to his friends who always gave their support to Billy.
He is back to noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ yesterday, (Monday, September 15, 2014) and apologized to his fans.
Aside of that, Billy was also thankful to God for giving him a second chance to change his life and attitude.
