The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announce the Top 10 Passers (Topnotchers) on July 2014 Marine Deck Officers Board Examination was release on the expected date of three (3) working days from the last day of test.
The PRC’s Board of Marine Deck Officers are composed by Capt. Jaime D. Aquino as Chairman, Capt. Ireneo U. Delos Santos, Capt. Romeo C. Abuyuan and Capt. Marsolito A. Cruz are the board of members. They also conducted the exams in a various cities of Manila and Cebu last Saturday & Sunday July 5-6, 2014.
