State Bureau forecast PAGASA announce to the several local government units to declared class suspensions on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, due to the Typhoon “Glenda” was described “as mad as Hell. Netizens who captured its indignation on video as it thumped in Bicol region last Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

In additional information, PAGASA announced the expected landfall of the Typhoon “Glenda” in Albay-Sorsogon area on Tuesday afternoon. Typhoon Glenda will be move towards Southern Luzon and Metro Manila after making landfall. Typhoon Glenda will leave-taking in the Philippines landmass through Zambales area on Wednesday afternoon.
