K-pop star Sandara Park sat down for a live interview on “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” aired on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, three nights before the most-awaited concert of the most popular Korean dancing group “2NE1” at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Philippines.
Sandara who is dubbed in the country as “Pambansang krung-krung” rose to fame since 2004 as as one of the winners of the ABS-CBN’s “Star Circle Quest,” expresses her gratitude to all her Filipino fans in which she considered as her stepping stone to success. Now, Park is known being a superstar whose popularity reaches not only in the Philippines and Korea but all over the world.
She admitted that she has never forgotten her starting moment in the country where she first became a TV darling.
“Na miss ko po kayo!” says the 29-year-old performer to the co-host Kris and Boy.
According to Boy, Park requested him that she will be interviewed in Tagalog during her guesting on “Aquino & Abunda Tonight.”
Park shared how hard the training she underwent in order to become a K-pop star. She also shared about the time she was working without pay for almost two years, Park said, she is very thankful that all the effort has been paid off.
