Chito Miranda and Neri Naig are now officially engaged.

Chito Miranda, who is a popular lead vocalist of “Parokya ni Edgar” band, set up a dramatic grand wedding garden proposal in a private resort to his long-time girlfriend Neri Naig.

In video of about six-minute long contains the proposal of Chito to Neri, in which Neri originally does not know about the plan of her boyfriend Chito as she was asked by him to star in a music video.

During the scene, Neri was surprised that it was a fake music video, but set up by her boyfriend for a certain purpose, a wedding proposal.

Emotional boyfriend, Chito approached Neri who was also crying for excitement since she understands that is was her most awaited moment. The singer gradually fall down his knees following his precious words “Will you marry me?” Joyful Neri immediately replied with a big Yes!, following with a sweet hugs.

The relationship of the two became controversial after their private video surfaced online. But the 38-year-old singer stands firm and promised that he will marry the “Star Circle Quest” finalist.

Despite of all the controversial issues surrounded their relationship; the engagement of the two is a living testimony that love has the power conquers everything.
