PBA Penalized “Rain or Shine” of P2 Million

Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Rain or Shine team will have a penalty of P2M in violating the rule of Philippine Basketball Association during their game with San Mig Coffee Mixers Game 6 finals. According to commissioner Chito Salud, a walkout of Rain or Shine represent disregard the values and principles, sportsmanship and fan interest on PBA.

Yeng GuiaoDuring the Final game 6 the prostration of Coach Yeng Guiao, ROS team owners Raymond YU and Terry Que, team manager Boy Lapid with Board governor Atty. Mamerto Mondragon along team players walkout was issue on social media. Coach Yeng Guiao admitted that he intended in his own decision to leave the court and the players. Rain or Shine did not attempt to disregard their fans.

Walkouts of Rain or Shine recognize the public interest that they can’t accept the fact of their defeats against San Mig Coffee Mixers during the final minute of the game. Rain or Shine will be penalized with a sum of P2, 000,000.00 for the destabilizing the fans and public relation on PBA during the last minute.

In the other hand, San Mig Coffee Mixers celebrate another victory to be a champion in the Philippine Cup. Mark Barroca claims his first MVP title in Philippine Cup performance in 3rd PBA crown.
