Netizens bashing on the internet involved Denise Laurel in the controversy between the actor Vhong Navarro and  Model Stylist Denise Cornejo.

The primary reason is both of their names are sounds as one. Where people think she and Denice Cornejo are just the same person.

According to the Actress “she does not want to be involve in the issue due to the said controversy is too much delicate and controversial.

She added “I know people are making jokes about it.”Pero yung pinanggalingan nung mga jokes na yun e totoong nangyari sa isang tao na hindi kanais-nais.

“And I care a lot for Kuya Vhong, bilang Ang TV pa lang, magkasama na kami.”

In additional to her statement when she read some malicious comment in her twitter account that makes her slightly traumatized because some people are cursing her, claiming that was really guilty party in the issue.

She gives her gratitude to Vice Ganda because the comedian helps the people understand that she and Denice Cornejo are different person.

“Magkaparehas man kami ng tunog ng pangalan, mali ang spelling, magkaiba ng personality, magkaiba na tao” added by the actress

She really give’s gratitude to the support of her friends in showbiz industry.  The bashing incident she receive via internet are slightly reducing but according to her even though it was an incident of mistaken identity there is a  serious thing that is happen behind it.
