The Philippine bet for Miss Earth 2013 Angelee Delos Reyes lost the crown to Miss Venezuela, Alyz Henrich Saturday night of the final competition at Versailles Alabang in Las Piñas, Manila, Philippines.
The new title holder of Miss Earth 2013 Alyz Henrich was asked during the Q&A portion, “How she thinks eco-tourism can contribute to the protection of the environment.”
The 22-year-old from Venezuela answered practically saying, “We are responsible for the destruction of our nature. We need to be aware and take care of Mother Earth.”

The special awards winning contestants are the following:
Miss Earth Air goes to Miss Austria, Katia Wagner; Miss Earth Water to Miss Thailand, Punika Kulsoontornrut and the Miss Earth Fire goes to Miss Korea, Catharina Choi.
