The Typhoon Haiyan [Yolanda in the Philippines] that made its landfall in the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) particularly in the city of Tacloban that has wreaked massive destruction, loss of lives, and damage to property, agricultural and infrastructure has been alleged that is was not developed by nature but man-made.
The Microwave situated in the West Pacific is alleged responsible creating of the super Typhoon Haiyan. According to report, a Microwave is causing a mighty spin that develop and eventually creating a large storm. Dr. Michio Kaku Professor of Theoretical Physics, in the Weather Channel and CNN he made a 13-minute video that went viral in Facebook explaining the possible origin of the Tropical storm caused by a microwave pulse. It was also alleged that the Satellite Communication Hub of the U.S. Airforce is located near the microwave anomaly.
The Australia International Business Times reported that weather modifications have been done by the use of the microwave pulse. The microwave “beam” anomaly discovered first appeared in the Western islands going to the Pacific Ocean.

I doubt that the USA would do this..True, I am an American, but know this, I not doubt that the CIA is out of control and dishonest, frankly, a mafia of its own, answering to know one, but members in the military would not allow this to happen and would leak out the information: Credible information…This is why, I honestly believe, that when the upcoming revolution in American, happens, the government will be shocked to see their troupes, defending the people, not marshal law…No husband of wife, will allow his or hear husband, to kill Americans…Sherrif’s and deputies have already said, they would remove their badge and defend the people, not allowing the government to fight its own…NOW! If I had to chose a country..HAD to chose a country, it would be China…I believe, they had something to do with the Japan earth quake and the Philippine typhoon, because they hate both countries, and did not help either. Also, if the Filipino government was concern about this, they would mouth it off also, not allowing the US to look like the heroes when they are not…We have to remember, violence, in any form, has to have a reward, a causation, and an learning curve, meaning, what was gained from it, not just gained, militarily, or strategically, but intellectually…Nothing was learned here, so this leads me to believe, it was crazy people, or an accident, or the microwaves in general, and if not, it was China…My opinion only
