For the past few months, the ”tanim-bala” issue was very loud and lots of people were get in trouble because of this. Until the time that there is someone who is also a victim is brave enough to fight for his right and innocence towards the situation.

The American Missionary who is a one of a victim in ”tanim-bala” filed a complaints towards the six person men. The Department of Justice (DOJ) junked the criminal charges filed by an American Missionary towards the persons involved.

In a resolution released yesterday, Assistant Prosecutor Honey Rose Delgado dismissed Lane White’s complaints against the member of the four Philippines National Police-Aviation Security Group and two others from the office of transportation for lack of probable cause. Even that there were lots of people who have been a victim of it, it’s still not enough to put the said persons on jail and whoever liable with it be punished.
