MMFF 2013 Eight Entries Earns Php597 Million in 7 Days (with Video)

The eight official entries of Metro Manila Film Festival 2013 boast its gross earnings that reached more than Php597 million in 7-days which is considered a record breaking in the country’s film festival, says the MMFF organizers.

According to MMDA chairperson Francis Tolentino the MMFF 2013 continue to harvest cash and break records in the Metro Manila Film Festivals.

Through text message Francis Tolentino revealed to the ABS-CBNnews .com that the gross income of the MMFF 2013 reached 34.5% higher compared to the gross income last year film fest.

The eight official entries of Metro Manila Film Festivals 2013 still continue dominating a bigger percentage of the film fest. ‘My Little Bossings’ still ranked on the top and followed by Vice Ganda’s ‘Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy’, then ‘Pagpag: Siyam na Buhay’ and ‘Kimmy Dora: Ang Kiyemeng Prequel’ are the top four entries that contributed so much to the huge gross earnings in the film fest 2013.
