The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a Cease-and-Desist Order (CDO) against ABS-CBN after its legislative franchise expired on May 4.
It’s Showtime is a Philippine noontime variety show broadcast by ABS-CBN that premiered on October 24, 2009.
