USA country song legend Kenny Rogers dies at 81 due to natural causes as his family announced Saturday.
The singers’ dies around 10:25 pm in his home peacefully surrounded by his close friends and love one.
Rogers was known for his hit song “Island in the Stream” a duet with Dolly Parton, The Gambler, Coward of the Country and the classic “Through the Years”.
He is an icon in country music and one of the hall of famer together with John Denver and other country musician that leave a mark in the music industry.
Rogers started his music career in 1950 but he carves a mark in the industry as he recorded “The Gambler” which receives a Grammy Award in 1980.
Many musicians were saddened about the news and give deepest condolences to the family of the musician.
