A Malaysian Hostage named Sarawakian Bernard was beheaded at the southern Philippines particularly in Jolo.

He was kidnapped by the Terror group named Abu Sayaf

The commander of the joint task group in Sulu is Brigadier-General Alan Arrojado he confirmed that the Malaysian was beheaded about 4 pm in Jolo Island.

The electrical engineer Bernard was killed by the Abu Sayaf gunmen according to the source of social workers in the Philippines and the military. The Abu Sayaf Group was being hunted by the Military of the Philippines in the area around Butaran Hill in Indanan Village in Jolo Island.
