In recap, the 24-year-old singer revealed another struggle on her journey, admitting to her mentor Dannii Minogue in the leap up to the first live shows that she had something to tell.

She told Dannii, “I am deaf in my right ear…I was born completely deaf, I have a hearing aid”. She also says that had 20 operations since birth.
