Rock Opong, 8-year-old from Iloilo City sings “No Good in Goodbye” impresses the three judges during the sixth week of the Blind Auditions of “The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2” last Sunday, July 12, 2015.
The 12-year-old got standing ovation from the coaches and audience. You look like a professional singer, said by coach Sarah. Coach Lea said that the guitar was like attached on him.
“You are the coolest kid I’ve seen in the show”, coach Bamboo said.
As of now, Team Sarah is now leading with 17 artists: Rock Opong, Joshua Turino, Gift Cerna, Andoy Patuasic, Iya Dator, Alyssa Celo, Francis Ryan Lim, Gian Tambis Ale, Ken Membrano, Krystle Campos, Kyle Echarri, Zephanie Dimaranan, Kenshley Abad, Mikhaela Sevillana and Jolianne.
Making up Kamp Kawayan, meanwhile, are Ashley Alcayde, Romeo Espino, Atascha Mercado, Altair Aguelo, Christian Pasno, Lance Kharl Macalinao, Martina Ortiz Luis,Benedict Inciong, Nicole Apolinar, Ashley Simone Teves and Emman & Sandy Tanyo.
Coach Lea already recruited ten artists for her team: Aihna Imperial , Angel Enerio, Kiyana Bongat, Bianca Marbella, Reynan Dal-Anay, Stephanie Jordan, Noah Anthony Anderson, Esang de Torres, Joemar “Dodong” Lazarraga and Luke James Alford.
Same with the 1st season, each coaches must complete 18 kiddie artists for their teams by the end of the Blind Auditions.

The Voice Kids’ is hosted by Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo and Yeng Constantino and airs every Saturdays at 6:45 p.m. and on Sundays at 7:30 p.m.
