Celebrating Miles Ocampo’s 18th birthday was one of her very memorable and fun birthday celebration. “Actually sobrang happy ‘tong birthday ko sa sobrang dami ng surprises na ginawa nila for me from Home Sweetie Home and mga fans ko po na talagang grabe sila mag-show ng love. ‘Yung celebration ko nag church ako and lunch with my family.”
The young star said that she was also surprised by her high school friends. “Pero na-surprise talaga ako nong midnight ng birthday ko meron ako in-expect na ibang tao na mag-surprise sa akin pero ‘yung dumating sa house mga high school friends ko talagang na-touch talaga ako kasi talagang ang tagal ko sila hind nakita,”
When asked about her career besides of acting, the young star is also busy with school. She is enrolled in University of the Philippines and as one of her birthday wish, she was hoping she could finish her first year. “[Birthday wish ko] sana ano matapos ko, masara ko ‘tong first year ko, ‘tong college ko and sana maging successful ‘yung show na gagawin namin,”
And now that she just turned 18 she doesn’t plan much about what could be the next of her and what could be the next thing to get stress and busy with and that she’s more a spontaneous person.
According to her, “Wala naman [goals] kasi ako ‘yung isa sa mg tao na gusto ko spontaneous lang, kung anong darating accept ko pero siguro now na 18 na ako siyempre mas marami na pong tao ang magi-expect sa ’yo and siyempre dapat po mas responsable na ako sa mga bagay at sure na ako sa kung anong tama at mali.”
However, Miles is getting more edgier, fiercer and sexier than before. She relayed “Siguro before simple lang kasi ako nong Goin’ Bulilit actually ‘yung ibang tao ngayon pa lang po sila nakaka-recover na dalaga na ako from ‘Goin Bulilit ini-expect ng lahat ng tao na forever kang bata so ‘yun natutuwa naman po ako na nakikita nila na dalaga na ako so okay naman siya, nakakatuwa naman ‘yun.”
Miles was also asked about her love life and if she was open for dating “Hindi naman po sa super open talaga kasi ang priority ko talaga ‘yung sarili ko muna. Siguro pag nagkaroon na ng time na kaya ko ng i-balance lahat pwede na akong mag-love life.”
