Jopay Paguia, a member of SexBomb, thought about power and thankfulness after performing well at the SexBomb Girls’ Get, Get Aw! even though he was admitted to the hospital only weeks prior to the reunion performance series.

The SexBomb member suffered a concussion in an accident that sent her to the hospital in early January. She revealed that she had been hit in the head and back by falling toilet tiles. Doctors urged additional medical evaluation right away in order to adequately assess her condition because of the impact.

When her husband, Maneuvers dancer Joshua Zamora, posted videos of Jopay in a wheelchair a week later, fans’ worries grew. Joshua disclosed at the time that she had a knee aspiration operation to drain the fluid from her knees.

Many questioned if she would be able to sing at the reunion performances, which were set for February 6–8. However, Jopay stood with her fellow members once more as the event got underway.

After overcoming her pre-existing physical issues to successfully complete the concerts, Jopay took to social media on February 13 to share her thoughts and show her appreciation.

She included a collection of images with her letter, capturing her journey from her hospital stays to her time spent under the bright stage lights. Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” played in the background, highlighting the resilience she found while recovering.

Jopay acknowledged the applause that got her through each performance and thanked everyone who prayed for her.

Beyond the physical return, Jopay found the concert to have even more personal significance. She had an unexpected event at its rAWnd 4 that made the concert one of the most unforgettable evenings of her life.

She was shocked to see Joshua kneeling on stage to pop the question for a second time after her solo performance. As the poignant moment developed, their children, Alessa and Ariana, joined them on stage. Jopay immediately agreed to a second wedding when requested.

In the meantime, Get, Get, Aw! by the SexBomb Girls! The reunion concert is scheduled to return for a “rAWnd 6” in Parañaque; the exact date has not yet been revealed.
