Actress and Kapamilya singer Angeline Quinto disclosed that she was previously angry with fellow performer Yeng Constantino for not attending her wedding. She remembered how her close friend was meant to sing during the wedding march but was unable to do so due to other obligations in an interview with comedian Chad Kinis earlier this week.

In 2024, Angeline married Nonrev Daquina at the historic Quiapo church.

“Oo nag tampo ako kay Yeng,” Angeline acknowledged.

However, she insisted that they are both comfortable with each other and that everything has been resolved. She then remembered the precise cause of the miscommunication that had occurred between them.

The Kapamilya singer explained that she told Yeng about the wedding initially since she really wanted the song. Her good buddy broke the bad news of her commitment, which would coincide with her wedding day, as she was in the last stages of getting ready for the wedding.

She recalled, “Tapos yun, after mga isang buwan, kung kailan malapit na yung kasal, doon siya nag sabi sa akin na hindi siya pwede kasi meron siyang commitment. So na feel bad lang ako”

In the past, Angeline said that she might have been angry at Yeng because of the stress and preparation of the wedding.

She reflected, “Parang siguro nag sama-sama lang yung pressure kasi ilang linggo nalang malapit na tapos biglang wala ng kakanta.”

She was able to create an original song with Jonathan Manalo as a result of the abrupt adjustment, making it much more memorable on her special day.

As evidenced by their social media posts, the experience strengthened their bond, thus everything is OK between them.
