BREAKING: Upon recommendation of Manila DRRM Office, Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan suspends classes in ALL LEVELS in public and private schools in the city on Thursday, September 5, 2024, due to the expected heavy rainfall forecasted by PAGASA.
