Barbie Forteza and David Licauco rose to fame after capturing the hearts of the viewers in Maria Clara at Ibarra and up to this date, their love team “BarDa” is still going strong, especially with their latest project: Maging Sino Ka Man.

In an interview with Barbie Forteza, Boy Abunda expressed his amazement regarding how well Barbie manages her on and off-screen partners. “Walang confusion between what is on screen and off screen. Paano mo nagagawa ‘yon?”

“Siguro dahil secure din naman po ako sa sarili ko. And kung papaano ako pinalaki ng family ko, hindi po ba yung values ko intact naman s’ya. Malinaw naman sa akin kung alin ang work and thankfully I’m already here in the business for 14 years. Galing din naman ako sa love team before, way back, so kahit papano medyo may knowledge na rin ako paano sya i-handle.”

Barbie Forteza revealed that she and Jak Roberto never discussed the setup regarding her love team with David Licauco. “Wala kasi s’yang pinakita sa aking dahilan para i-explain ko pa sa kanya ‘yong sitwasyon.” Barbie said.

It was as if they both knew that they should support each other since they both aspired to be recognized in the industry.

Barbie also said that discussing the matter with David wasn’t necessary. “It’s more of like maturity for the whole situation as mga nangyayari, galing sa aming tatlo. Kahit naman din si David ay isang well-known business man so alam n’ya ang mga galawang ganyan.”

“Pinakamagandang nakuha namin sa trabahon ito ay yung friendship namin hindi nawala. Friendship ni Jak at david, friendship namin ni David, relationship namin ni Jak, walang nasira.”

In a two-minute fast talk, Boy Abunda asked Barbie a few questions. Here are some of the questions:
