A man was arrested after a scuffle with authorities from Quezon City to Manila earlier. CCTV footage showed the suspect, Arvin Tan, driving a black BMW fast and hitting a tricycle driver in Sampaloc, Manila. Instead of stopping, he continued driving.

But the investigation revealed that the suspect was not the only one plowing the tricycle driver.
Tan checked into a hotel in Quezon City and allegedly asked for money from its manager instead of paying the management.

This is where the chase started and the suspect even managed to collide with a police mobile.
The suspect did not give up immediately and even rode to the driver’s side of the police mobile to hide. Police fired at the wheels of the mobile so that the suspect could not escape.
