Pinky Webb is a CNN Philippines broadcast journalist and one of the viral topic on social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook. The “hair flip” of Pinky Webb during an interview with Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.

The Department of National Defense (DND) terminated the 1989 UP-DND Accord. The agreement states that police and military forces need prior notification before entering any UP campus and establishment.

According to Sonny Trillanes IV tweet, “Leave the UP students alone! These are the kinds of acts that worsened the insurgency problem during the Marcos regime. We should have learned by now that purely military actions will not solve this very complicated problem.”

Presidential Spokesperson was accusing Pinky Webb for not being fair. Pinky flipped her hair and said, “I am trying to be fair, Secretary Roque.”

“Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque refused to react to what he described as an unfair question on honor and excellence regarding the controversial abrogation of the 1989 UP-DND Accord, which bars unauthorized entry of state forces in its campuses.”
