Helen Segura, an ati from San Enrique town, Iloilo, returns the PHP6,000 social amelioration program grants because she is already an active member of the 4Ps, who also receive the SAP aid as a top-up of their regular 4Ps grant. 

According to the report of RMN Iloilo, Helen Segura, a 4Ps Member in Brgy. Lincud, Dingle but now lives in Brgy. Lip-ac, San Enrique, has returned its own ₱ 6,000.00 from DSWD’s SAP. 

With the help of RMN Iloilo listeners, Helen has already paid off her 3, 000 pesos debt to her barangay captain and others for their needs. RMN Newsteam will personally bring all the help to their home.
