Amid enchance community quarantine in Luzon there was shooting incident happen between a retired army and a police officer.

According to reports the retired army violates the enhance quarantine protocol and allegedly yelling at police trainees in the area, in the video the police officer asked the retired army to drop low on the ground but the victim refuses, minutes passed the police officer tries to ask one more time

“dapa ka, dapa ka, ayaw mong dumapa ha”.

Then the tension rises when the retired army face the police and tries to pull something in his bag and without any hesitation, the police fires two-shots, which maimed the army and seconds passed drop to the ground.

The victim was rushed to the hospital and declared dead.

The police officer will be investigated if he done something beyond the law and recently surrendered his service fire arm.
