BACOLOD CITY, Mayor Bing Leonardia recently issued an Executive Order no.21 which declares the city under General Community Quarantine.

Mayor Bing “My Beloved People Of Bacolod and my friends, I have just issue Executive Order no. 21 declaring Bacolod City under General Community Quarantine, this is the answer to the call of the times”

What does this mean, Leonardia stated that movements inside and outside the city is completely restricted and set up checkpoint spear headed by the PNP and Coastguard in Bacolod City.

The Mayor also ask an apology to the neighboring city and municipalities of Negros Occidental for his declaration and stressed that this is for their own protection and also for the people of Bacolod City.

The City Mayor pleaded that the kids will stay at home and advised do not allow them to go out but stay in your respective houses to avoid direct contact with other people. He hopes for full cooperation and understanding of the people and hoping to end this crisis soon.

As of now Metro Manila is still in community lock down and quarantined due to COVID-19 as the city is considered to be the epicenter of the disease inside the country.

Once again do not panic do your part maintain a good health and a clean, and hand washing habit must be properly observed to avoid this infectious and lethal disease.
