House Speaker of the lower house Allan Peter Cayetano accused Sen. Grace on the issue regarding the renewal of ABS CBN franchise that will literally expires this May 4, 2020.

According to Poe if there is still a resolution on processed in the Senate and the Congress the Tv station can still operate and continue its activities in contrast to what former Justice Renato Puno stated that if the franchise expired it is understood that the said company will close and stop its operation.

Poe: The Congress can command the NTC to extend the franchise of the station, Karen i do not know why the ABS CBN was not granted its franchise.

But aaccording to her critics ABS CBN is favored by her because her mother and late father movies appeared on the station which her family receives royalties and other benefits.
