Another video captured by a netizen Richard Rosalina uploaded on Facebook featuring a man who drive through a gated subdivision but the security guard on duty hold him and charged of Fifty (50) pesos fine against him for no gate pass sticker of his car.

According to the guard on duty, that is their policy to charge fine of 50 pesos to everyone passing on their way with no sticker. But the owner of the car of Honda Civic with plate number BEA 739 insisted that he paid the right of way for eleven million (11,000,000) with his document that he showed before the man who took the video and he said they have no right to charged him the 50 pesos because they paid for it.
