Several Local Government Units (LGUs) in the Philippines have suspended classes on Thursday, September 12, 2019 due to Tropical Depression.

PAGASA stated, “The center of Tropical Depression was estimated based on all available data at 1,495 km East of Visayas (OUTSIDE PAR)(13.1°N,139.3°E).”

The Tropical Depression outside PAR has slightly intensified and is now moving in a east-northeastward direction, added.
