Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia declares No Classes in preschool, elementary, and high school [junior high school and senior high school] —both public and private—in Bacolod City on July 17, 2019 (Wednesday) due to Bagyong Falcon.

In the official Facebook Page of Mayor Leonardia, he cited the Presidential Executive Order No. 66 and issued an Executive Order to suspend the class on Wednesday, July 17, 2019. He also consult to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) and Department of Education (DepEd).

PAGASA has placed the whole province of Negros Occidental, including Bacolod City, under Yellow Warning Level.
