Everyone may already know, that Angelica and Carlo were past lovers. They had a movie together, back in the 2018, entitled, ‘Exes Baggage’. In January, Angelica stated that she intends to distance herself from Carlo, saying that the negative feedback and reactions from the fans affected their relationship.

After a week, Angelica had spoken about her breakup. “Ngayon lang ako nasaktan. Tapos, na-appreciate ko. Kasi, nasasaktan na ‘ko ulit. Totoong nagmamahal na ‘ko. Ulit! Magdiwang!” she wrote in her tweets.

“Iiyak na sana ‘ko. Kaso, naisip ko, ‘Angge? Naiiyak ka on your own?” she added, ending with an expletive to express surprise.

On her last tweet, tho not mentioning someone, it pertains to her co-star Carlo Aquino who also works in the TV show ‘Playhouse’.

According to her, she’s not anymore updated about Carlo’s life.

“Wala, hindi siya nag-e-exist sa life ko ngayon. Hindi kasi kami nag-uusap kaya wala akong alam sa mga nangyayari sa kanya,” she explained.

When asked about whether she’s open to talk to him, if ever he will call or text her to fix their misunderstanding. She answered, “Matagal ko nang hinintay yung explanation niya. Sana matagal na niyang ginawa.”

Recently, the actress posted on her Instagram account “I miss you,” so netizens thought that maybe someone made her fall in love again.

“No, kasi kung gusto kong pag-usapan, sana sinabi ko na dun, di ba? Saka di ninyo siya kilala. Okay na ako sa ganun, yung may nagpapakilig sa iyo. Ayoko talaga, ayoko mag-boyfriend,” she said as she avoids revealing the identity.

Angelica also stated that she’s open to dating but not a relationship and having a boyfriend.

“Matagal na naman akong nakikipag-date, wala lang tumatagal. Bakit, trial and error yun, e? Nag-e-entertain naman ako, matagal na. Boyfriend? Parang hindi na ako interesado, hindi na kasi siya ang priority ng life ko. Parang natapos na rin yung panahon na paggising mo, ang nasa isip mo, lalaki agad. Wala, hindi ko na hinahanap, hindi ko na kailangan.” She said.

“Someday, but not soon. Ayoko talaga.”

“Masarap i-enjoy yung relationship with yourself, lalo na pag na-discover mo kung ano talaga ang gusto mo, kung saan ka sasaya. Dun papasok na hindi mo pala talaga kailangan ng ibang tao para lumigaya ka.” Angelica added.
