Raffy Tulfo is a public service affairs program that deals with different issues and problems of many Filipinos who needed help. This program gives public service like no other, reaching OFWs abroad who are abused and mistreated by their employer. Here’s another episode of Raffy Tulfo in Action.

The complainant in this episode is named Mina Monterde, who complains about her husband named Hembert Monterde, who arrived in the Philippines from abroad, but got home to a different place and not in their own house. The complainant said that her husband had love affairs with different woman. She also had proofs of conversations and videos of her husband with his love affairs. Hembert asked forgiveness in all his faults done to his wife, but the complainant really wants to file a case to Hembert and wants him to be in jail.
