Joseph Marco is teaming up with Coleen Garcia in the upcoming soap Pasion de Amor. The actor is all praises for the host-actress and remarked that even it is Coleen’s first primetime soap opera, her acting is on point.
“Well si Coleen, you know, even she’s new, and she’s a natural. Hindi ko na-feel sa kanya na bahugan siya. Kumo-connect siya sa mga eksena namin dalawa and I’m really glad na siya ‘yung naging partner ko dito and thankful din ako na ako ‘yung unang naging partner niya sa first teleserye niya,” he said in an interview with Push.com.ph.
Joseph and Coleen will have romantic and se*y scenes in the soap. When he asked if he feels conscious and awkward since he knows Coleen has a boyfriend, Billy Crawford, he commented, “Well not really kasi Coleen naman I’m sure na alam na niya kung anong ginagawa niya. She’s in the right age and si Billy he’s such a supportive boyfriend, alam niya na trabaho lang talaga.”
The actor is already so ecstatic for the soap to finally air on primetime this coming June. “Sobrang excited kasi, well ‘yung una hindi namin alam kung anong time slot namin at kung kailan siya i-ere at nong isang araw naman nang nalaman namin, sobrang tuwang-tuwa kami. We were so excited na ‘yun finally ipapalabas na siya this coming June 1, before TV Patrol.”
He added that they really worked hard for the soap and that the televiewers will surely like it. “Tuwang- tuwa talaga kami na lahat ng pinaghirapan namin it’s going to pay off and I’m sure maraming magugustuhan nila ‘tong Pasion de Amor because it’s something different.”
