The Butuan native Jason Dy proves that he is the grand champion by hanging with best performance alongside his coach Sarah Geronimo. Recap; Sarah Geronimo admitted that she would receive criticism for her over reaction following Dy’s win. Sarah got down her knees after Jason Dy was the Grand Champion of the second season of “The Voice of the Philippines”.

In March 1, 2015, Sarah said to the ABS-CBN reporters, “Ako rin nagulat ako sa naging reaksyon ko eh. Sabi ng iba naging OA ako pero kasi talaga iyon ang naramdaman ko. Sobrang nanghina ako dahil napaka-importante sa akin nung date na iyon”. It is the day I won exact 12 years ago, my first big break after winning the TV singing contest “Star for a Night”.

“Parang ako iyong nanalo kasi ‘yung hardwork niya nakita ko eh. Happy ako eh dahil ‘yung ganitong klaseng talento ay na-appreciate na rin finally ng masa.” Sarah Geronimo added.
